Carefully read the job description. *Job Family Description:* Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. *Candidate must have MasterCard Dispute application knowledge understanding both the business processes as well as technical aspects of disputes*. Must be able to work independently and have excellent skills in creating technical design documents based off business requirements as well as processor requirements. Responsible for the initial research and design for the automation of MasterCard disputes and integration into Chase systems. Responsible for documenting all MasterCard required fields and the necessary edits as well all interface requirements to FDR, MasterCard and imaging platforms. Responsible for working with MasterCard, FDR, Business sponsors, PMs, etc.. for outlining the approach.
