Monitor and resolve errors and issues with interfaces among all OM/Transportation/Warehouse applications and SAP. Act as liaison between End-users, SAP Technical Support, and ETMS Support to resolve issues around inbound and outbound IDOCs. Skill Sets: Education/Experience Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or related fields. -Strong Knowledge of Business Processes. -2-5 years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations. -Demonstrate understanding of logistics Supply Chain systems. -System implementation or baseline support experience.
