Requirements include: Taking responsibility for all aspects of complex IS projects, Preparing realistic project plans, Monitoring and controlling team performance against plans and reporting to management as required, Monitoring and controlling project factors against budgets and effect of different changes on projects, Leading the project team. Roles and Responsibilities: · Project manager to lead infrastructure work supporting CSC migration between Manila facilities. Scope includes telephony (CTI, IP VPN call-forwarding, agent call recording), data network, and business continuity planning / testing. · Role will require technical project planning, issue risk tracking, budgeting and stakeholder communications. · Specifically, the PM will be required to oversee the CTI, IP VPN, agent call recording, workspace and BCP deployment - including design, build, test, transition to support and documentation/approvals. · Effectiveness in virtual team working - across time-zones, locations, and cultures is required. · Competent communications, planning and team leadership is required. · Experience leading infrastructure projects and familiarity with telephony technology is required; experience with telephony technologies named above is desired.
