Complete Description: Role: Lead the two Business Process Designers (who will be handling the customer (distributor), product and vendor). This person will work with the two process designers and will represent the Business Process Team at standups. Responsible for thoroughly understanding the business processes and governance concepts associated with master data and works to document business requirements and processes in efforts of ensuring the delivered product is fit for its intended use. Responsibilities: Process designs: • Drive the documentation and confirmation of existing Data Maintenance processes and roles • Gather and document detailed process requirements • Drive data maintenance process designs • Work with business lead to define user roles • Develop screen and report designs • Develop workflow/guided procedure designs • Assist QA's with Test Strategy, planning, script builds and testing • Create system test plants, test cases and test scripts • Coordinate user acceptance testing • Assist with user training Governance Design • Drive the development of the MD Governance charter • Assist with the development of proposed MD Governance Council structure and definition of roles • Develop draft Data Governance policies • Develop IS governance processes – Behavior Characteristics: Required / Desired Skills [image: Show/Hide][image: Show/Hide] Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience SAP knowledge & MDM Experience preferred Desired Supervision or lead experience.
