*Loc : New Orleans, Louisiana * *Duration : 10 months* ** *Quality Analyst - System Tester* This resource will be responsible for handling User Acceptance testing needs. They will be required to be onsite and responsible for test case writing, execution, and development of improved testing processes as business needs change. The *UAT* needs will be focused specifically around the *Touchpoint and Fidelity Host applications* as they relate to specific functionality with our *Call centers* who work directly in conjunction with our branches from *New York to LA and TX.* He or she will be responsible for making sure UAT needs are covered for 4-5 call center high risk areas and any new functionality/products that are introduced to the environment forward.
