We are looking for a a VB Scripter who will do 100% windows scripting.Please let me know if you have anyone and please make sure that they can script from scratch. Thank you for your time. Please find the details below. *Windows Scripter* *This position is 100% Windows Scripting. Must be able to script from scratch.* **Summary:* Implement OS hardening standards on *Windows Server 2000 and Windows 2000 *Advanced utilizing scripts. Create deployment scripts to implement OS changes to ensure secure hardening. Assist in the documentation of all of the settings, the validation of the changes and documentation of the scripts. Interface with the Application Packaging Team, Hardening Engineers and Security Teams (Communication and team skills are VITAL). **Experience:* Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of system experience, including 3+ years of systems and implementation engineering and operating systems security experience. Technology experience must be current. *Skills: For the Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2000 Professional, and WePOS (*Windows Embedded for Point of Service-Retail Industry*) Operating Systems. Demonstrated experience in the use of standard tools to establish a secure operating environment. *HFNetCHk, MBSA, Security policies *and best practices. Extensive expertise in automating delivery of system administration and security policy using any or all of the following windows Scripting: *VBScript, WSH and/or Jscript.* Experience in the use of Ghost and PowerQuest. Experience with supplying scripts to iCommand. Experience in Windows operating system components including file system security, registry settings and security, local policies and operating systems services. Hands-on experience using Microsoft and third-party tools to audit and apply configuration changes to Windows operating system. Experience working with systems life cycle processes. Must be able to work in an enterprise environment (MUST be able to meet timelines for piece of project entrusted Strong quality assurance and system testing experience. Outstanding documentation skills. Willingness to work overtime to meet timelines, if necessary. *Education: BS Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
