As such contractor will be developing common NM designs across multiple applications (peering, DSL, Mobility, etc...) Candidate will be responsible for the Planning and Design of Network Management capabilities introduced in support of AT&T Data Services (AVPN, MIS, PNT, EVPN) as well as Core MPLS backbone. Candidate must have working knowledge of all aspects of NM domains: full FCAP functions. Candidate will be responsible for working with vendors to understand their NM solution and define future capabilities, also candidate will be working with IT SEs to drive OSS requirements into IT releases.
