* Position: SAP Baseline Support Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6/09 Rate: $40/hr Provide EDI baseline support for inbound and outbound documents. Monitor and resolve errors and issues with interfaces among all OM/Transportation/Warehouse applications and SAP. Act as liaison between End-users, SAP Technical Support, and ETMS Support to resolve issues around inbound and outbound IDOC's. Skill Sets Education/Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or related fields. • Strong Knowledge of Business Processes. • 2-5 years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations. • Demonstrate understanding of logistics Supply Chain systems. • System implementation or baseline support experience.
