Here is the description of their current issue, Client has position IDs in some E1 tables different from IDs in other tables. They need them to be the same when they apply to the same person. They need to have a one-to-one correspondence between an E1 position ID and a budgeted slot. For example, They currently have E1 set up so that if they have 5 full-time equivalents (FTEs) for carpenters, they cannot tell if that is 5 full-time slots or 6 - 80 percent slots or 10 half-time slots. They need to find out precisely. They have historical position data mixed with current data that they need to separate. They are looking for a consultant who can analyze why they have the problems they do and go into E1 and run programs or run SQL directly on the SQL Server tables to fix them for them.
