Description:
Job Role: Interface Testing Analyst
Net and Informatica. TIBCO would be a plus. Just someone with heavy
integration testing experience.
Position for: Contract Technical Testing BA
Responsibilities
Facilitate coordination with external vendors on design/ development/
timeline / scheduling/ environment/ resource availability
* Facilitate defect triage with vendors and test leads
* Track vendor SOW/Work Orders
* Support fulfillment of unit, System Integration Testing (SIT), and
Business Integration Testing (BIT), and test data requirements for
interfaces
* Coordinate with Business Leads on availability to support SIT/BIT
around interfaces
* Defining test approaches and scenarios. Will not be performing the
tests but would need to coordinate the efforts.
* Ensure Vendor/Customer/External Data Partners/ System Readiness
* Ensure completion of Check List prior to promotion and environment
Readiness
* Test Case Creation and Signoff
* Lead the interface scenario planning and execution for a set of
interfaces (confirm completion of all tech design deliverables, define all
test cases/scenarios, define test data needs, coordinate population of test
data, determine validation approach (paper output, system to view info, etc)
* Test the interface with the vendor in all test environments
Skill Set
* Leadership and negotiation skills
* Ability to take the holistic view for a solution
* Experience with testing and implementation of Interfaces
* Experience with Quality Assurance tools, test scenarios and
processes
* Skilled coordinator of cross teams and multiple vendors
* Strong skill set in defining test approaches and scenarios.
