the *test cases* on mainframe related applications using the *Quality
Centre* tool of Mercury.
- Hands on experience in solving the abend resolutions.
- Strong *leadership capabilities* and experience on managing *different
applications with different teams.*
- Good analytical and problem solving expertise in mainframe
applications.
- Working expertise in offshore-onsite business model.
Excellent logical skills for understanding and developing system workflows
and well suited for communicating with both technical and non-technical
professionals.
