This technical leader provides process team specific direction for the technical team resources to deliver the solution. In addition, the Technical Manager is responsible for ensuring that the end-to-end technical solution is implemented successfully across MOS technical delivery teams (verticals), including: Interfaces, Conversions, Reports and Letters, etc. The Technical Manager is responsible for facilitating the assimilation of the technical solution into the IT production support organizations including IT readiness, knowledge transfer/turnover, etc. The Technical Manager working with the Business Lead and the Technical Delivery teams is responsible for: - completing requirements analysis activities - supporting the resolution of identified business issues and risks - supporting the development of business requirements documents (BRD) - defining the technical solution to meet business requirements - communicating the technical solution through design walk-throughs, conceptual system design (CSD) reviews, etc - ensuring complete integration of technical solution across business process areas, as well as across technical delivery streams, including understanding upstream and downstream dependencies, identifying external touch points, etc - coordinating delivery of solution design throughout the SDLC - insuring the quality of end-to-end solution delivery through active engagement in MOS program technical design quality reviews, as well as SIT, UAT, and End-to-End Test - coordinating technical solution implementation and post-implementation activities Thanks & Regards Amar AIM Computer Consulting LLC 17197 N Laurel Park Dr. Suite 513, Livonia, MI 48152 Tel: 734-591-3562 Ext 208 Fax: 734-418-2603 www.aim-cc.com [email protected] Yahoo IM: [email protected]
