Will work as part of a multidisplinary team including programmers, analysts, physicians, nurses, clinical engineering staff, and others as necessary to support the electronic medical record, caregiver documentation, and automated acquisition of biomedical data. Skills: At least 3 years experience with clinical systems in a complex multi-platform environment. Knowledge and experience with relational databases, HL-7 interfaces, device integration, and bedside patient care equipment such as cardiorespiratory monitors. Knowledge and experience with UNIX, Windows server, and Windows workstation operating systems. Experience with HP/Agilent/Philips CareVue systems and/or Epic systems a plus. Experience with Epic Bridges and/or Intersystems Cache and/or Oracle RDBMS a plus. B.S. in CS or EE, or B.A./B.S. with equivalent experience.
