Job Title: Telecom Tech Location: Salt Lake City, UT Duration: 12 Months Job Description / Skills required: · Large PBX telephone systems including Voice Mail, Call Center voice applications, Voice Networking, Nortel and Avaya Call Manager experience (both hardware and software), · Telecom design/documentation experience, · Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Project · Designing and estimating for small to large (branches to call center) telecom projects (including creating project budgets/financial requirements), · Understanding of blue prints/floor plans, · scope of work and site surveys, · High level of implementation, maintenance and support of telecom equipment, · CCNA or CCVP certifications, · VoIP experience, · Cisco Call Manager (both hardware and software knowledge), · Telecom project management skills, · Enterprise level telephony support experience Thanks & Regards, Anderson Sr. Technical Recruiter
