Job Title: Software Tester / Business Intelligence Tester - QA Location: Corona, CA
Duration: 6 Months + Job Description/ Responsibilities: Experienced QA to support our internal BI projects. This includes providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing Test Scenarios & Test Scripts. Design and build test scenarios, test cases and test scripts Design automation of test scripts Drive improvements based on existing QA model & processes Conduct all QA reviews & defects with internal and interface teams Manage and resolve all quality measurements such as defects, issues, change requests, review findings and improvement opportunities and actions. Obtain feedback from QA lead on projects, analyze performance data and provide management reports on the effectiveness of the QA system. Evaluate data for trends and initiate corrective action Qualifications and other skills 7 years+ experience in IT. 5+ years experience in QA in an organization with mature process framework. Strong working knowledge of QA methodologies, IT lifecycle and industry best practices. Experience in PL/SQL and Oracle environment Experience in automation of test cases/test scripts. Experienced with data warehouse/data mart QA testing Experienced with OLAP cube QA testing Strong verbal and written skills for clearly directing team members efforts and for effectively communicating results to management.
