They are currently experiencing severe performance issues, which they believe is due to Vignette configuration, although a prudent investigation in to server, database, and network performance should be performed to validate assumptions. The client is currently running Vignette Collaboration version 7.1, on Windows Server 2003 and IIS. *So the services to be provided by this Vignette SME are to evaluate the performance and configuration of Vignette, and to work closely with an enterprise architect to troubleshoot the performance issues and provide recommendations.
