Job Description The selected individual will work with the IT/Core HR Solutions Team to support and enhance the HR Applications (Compensation, Benefits and Talent Management) and the HR ODS & Warehouse. The selected individual will perform daily support activities as well as develop enhancements for the processes, implement the enhancements, create test plans and test against those plans. Strong Oracle database, SQL and PL/SQL skills needed. Job Criteria Experience Required: * 5+ years IT experience with 4+ years in a programmer / analyst role. * Strong Oracle database, SQL and PL/SQL skills needed. * Requirements gathering, strong verbal and written communication skills, documentation and organizational skills. * Must be experienced working as a consultant to the client and enjoy working in a team environment. * Detail oriented, self-starter, strong testing skills, motivated and able to work independently. * Previous experience with HR Systems preferred.
