This is a management function. The Realization Manager manages DRTLs who lead the Development Realization Team (DRT) toward the realization of a product that achieves its stated objectives. (S)he is responsible for consolidating engineering program commitments for multiple projects that will make up a program or product, and will manage that through a DRT until GCA.
