*(The consultants should be US citizens or Green card holders) * *Respond IMMEDIATELY * *Title:* Project Manager *Duration:* 12 + months *Location:* Calgary, Alberta, Canada *Responsibilities will include:* *Project Management* - Manage all aspects of the IT Project including planning, budgeting, scheduling, supervising internal and external staff on the project, execution and control to a successful completion, and post project reviews. - Identify and acquire project resources, both technical and business - Define and manage the scope of projects; track and drive issues to resolutions; ensure the solution delivered resolves the business need. - Contribute to the evolution of the overall program goals through successful project delivery - Ensure solutions deployed can be managed and technically supported post implementation, defining new processes if necessary. - Collaborate with other project managers to identify overlaps, gaps, dependencies and integration points across projects. - Manage and maintain strong relationships with the ISS Business Information systems leaders and representatives from the business. *Communications* - Work closely with other ISS teams to ensure awareness of changes that may impact their programs. - Communicate any business or technical changes resulting from implementations - Ensure incidents and their impact are communicated in a timely manner - Conduct presentations to various forums to help promote Technical Services and Infrastructure initiatives. *Leadership* - Build strong relationships with IT Leaders and other stakeholders and communicate with them effectively in order to reach a strong understanding of the business goals - Help manage change related to TSI projects throughout the organization. - As a leader and role model, mentor, guide and motivate team members.
