*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE ***

- Minimum of 4 years Siebel technical architecture experience
- Siebel Server admin and Siebel component definition
- Siebel utilities (e.g. EIM, Dev2Prod)
- Working knowledge of Solaris and Oracle
- Ability to consistently use formal incident /request management process
and tool
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with
multi-disciplinary team members
- Ability to work on tasks to completion with a minimum of supervision
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and attention to
detail
- Experience working directly with Siebel developers and other technical
infrastructure teams
*The above skills and qualifications are necessary to perform the following
tasks and services:*

- Expeditiously identify, analyze and resolve problems with Siebel
architecture (e.g. performance, availability etc)
- Work with the Siebel configuration/development team, data
transformation & migration team to configure, deploy and maintain the Siebel
solution
- Work with the infrastructure teams (DB, UNIX, Wintel, Network etc) to
maintain the Siebel environments and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain documents related to the Siebel technical
architecture and infrastructure
- Contribute to the maintenance of the Sun Solaris environments, extended
by Wintel document and communication servers
- Work in team environment with good organizational abilities and a
minimum of supervision
