Broad understanding of design patterns. § Experience with web application development and multi-tiered architectures § Experience with user interface analysis, design and development § Familiarity with the application development lifecycle from requirements through production § Knowledge of BizTalk and/or SQL Server Replication/Integration Services is a plus.
