When appropriate Install, Configure, update and maintain MS Windows/Citrix servers in a large environment. Function as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Windows Operating Systems and Citrix performing tier III support that includes problem management, isolations, and resolution. Must be flexible in hours, a lot of the work will be performed over weekend nights and early mornings.
