Project Title:* Oracle DBA/Database Architect* Project Location: Albany, NY Duration: 18 months Interview: Face 2 Face * * *Required skills:*** *1. *Minimum of *seven years* of experience in *logical database design and modeling, with at least three years since January 2004.*** 1. Minimum of *three years* of experience using *CA Erwin* for the development and maintenance of logical and physical database designs. 2. Minimum of *seven years* experience creating and maintaining database objects including *tables, indexes, views, and constraints using Oracle 9i and/or Oracle 10g.*** 3. Minimum of *five years* experience performance tuning database and database objects using *Oracle 9i and/or Oracle 10g. Includes the ability to analyze query plans and query tuning using optimizer hints.*** *DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE* 1. Experience working on large scale *Oracle 9i and/or Oracle 10g*projects that include 100+ tables with a high volume of transactions 1. Experience with complex *SQL (including regular expressions, correlated sub-queries, and complex views).*** 2. Experience with complex *PL/SQL (mutating triggers, and batch and scheduled processing).* 3. Experience creating and maintaining *Stored Procedures and complex Triggers*** 4. Experience working on business systems that include Public Authority Law and Public Authority Finance business rules Project Title:* IBM WebSphere Portal Java Application Development* Project Location: Albany, NY Duration: 18 months Interview: Face 2 Face *Required:* 1) Java Application Development – Minimum of four years experience, performed within the last six years, developing applications using Java in an enterprise-wide application system/project. Credit will only be given when qualifying tasks have been performed for a minimum of 12 consecutive months with the same client and/or project 2) IBM WebSphere Portal Application Development using Struts and Hibernate Frameworks and the Oracle RDBMS – Minimum of two years experience, performed within the last six years, developing an IBM WebSphere Portal enterprise-wide application system/project using the Struts and Hibernate Frameworks and Oracle RDBMS version 9i and/or 10g. Credit will only be given when qualifying tasks have been performed for a minimum of 12 consecutive months with the same client and/or project. * * *DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE* 1. Java Application Development using IBM RAD. 2. Development of IBM Portal Applications using the Struts and Hibernate Frameworks. 3. IBM Portlet Configuration and Administration 4. Development of Apache Ant; build scripts to deploy IBM Portal application code 5. Application development experience coding Financial System Internet applications for a Federal, State or Local Government Agency. 6. Usage of the Concurrent Versions System (CVS) for application version control 7. Experience as a lead programmer responsible for managing team member tasks, scheduling and prioritizing assignments, tracking task progress and reporting on progress. 8. Experience monitoring client technical staff to transfer Java application development knowledge and skills.
