Complete Description:

Role Description: Under the direction of the L&I product administrator the
product specialists will assist in the upgrade path/process of L&Is Identity
Access Management (IAM) security systems.



The upgrade includes *applying SP2 to the CA Identity Manager v8.1*,
upgrading the underlying WebSphere platform from 5.1 to 6.1.13 and changing
the current logging to a SQL 2005 database from the currently used SQL 2000
platform (internal DBAs will be assisting with this portion of the upgrade
process). This will be done throughout all environment levels for the
applications that currently utilize the L&I IAM system from DEV to
Production and include a total of five environments.



This upgrade process will also include work to expand the current user
hint/answer questions for password provisioning, incorporation of a required
user agreement for Business Partner access and providing the participating
applications the ability to incorporate edit profile pages to allow self
service updating of Citizen and Business Partner information in the Active
Directory user repositories.



The resource will also work to troubleshoot any day-to-day issues/activities
with the current IAM systems and on the integration of new application
projects as determined by the L&I administrator.
