' Proactively identify, build, and maintain relationships with business users clients and colleagues. Partner with peers in Global Finance, Global Technology Operations, Global Internal Technology, and other internal departments in meeting objectives of department and organization. ' Responsible for the overall conduct and morale of staff ' Recommend and implement business or process improvements; recognizing global perspectives. Exhibit ability to identify and analyze business opportunities related to cost reduction, margin improvement, and business process re-engineering. ' Manage day-to-day responsibility for the department. Ensure that the department capitalizes on the complementary knowledge, skills, and experience existing within the department and across the organization. ' Ability to manage risk and changes to the scope of a project and understand the need to manage risk issues related to the organization and effectively communicates that risk to senior management. ' Plan and anticipate future staffing or training needs and make arrangements to meet anticipated needs. Evaluate and develop staff members in relation to business process and technical ability. ' Participate in PMO meetings, various steering committees and work groups ' Demonstrate advanced abilities with Corporate Performance Management tools and technology appropriate for application implementations to facilitate business processing; maintain knowledge of latest and upcoming releases of that space. ' May require some domestic and international travel. 24 hour (on-call) availability will be required during *Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or MIS required. Require approximately 8-10 years of experience in financial, business, and systems implementation and analysis with a focus on Corporate Performance Management systems and tools. Project Management experience required.
