Position: Remedy Developer Location: Mc Lean, VA Duration: 3+ Months Mandatory Skils: Remedy 7.x, Development, Configuration Desired Skills: Clearquest, Bladelogic Description: Remedy Configuration Specialist. Responsible for the configuration, administration, development and maintenance of the Remedy suite of tools. Primary responsibilities will include configuration of the various Remedy modules like incident, problem, change, SLM, asset, CMDB, etc and development activities to enhance the capabilities or to integrate the Remedy suite of applications with other tools and applications in Freddie. Also included will be the creation, population and integration of the CMDB with other tools and data sources. Skills: . Remedy 7.x experience . Development . Administration . Configuration Of AR Server, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SLM, Service Request Module, Dashboard & Analytics, Knowledge Management and any other applications that are part of the BMC Remedy suite. The CW must have several years of experience involved in installations and implementations of Remedy 7.x version in mid-size to large companies. Would like them to have not only played a role of a developer but a subject matter expert. Must have a good understanding of the best practices around the use of the tools and a strong understanding of the functionality of the applications both from usability and a configuration and development perspective. CWs that have integration experience and are have been involved in building integrations between Remedy and other tools like Bladelogic, Clearquest etc will be given preference.
