Duration: 12+ Months PREVIOUS EXP WITH STATE GOVT PROJECTS / WITH STATE OF MD WILL HAVE PREFERENCE Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a developer and database administrator. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Development & Delivery • Participate in the specification and design phase • Management of full software life cycle (SLC) of various applications with Microsoft technologies, including prototypes, code and test components • Manage development application environment, source control, deployment and Integration • Provide primary SQL Server DBA administration, database modeling • Independently manage high availability Clustered, Mirrored & Log Shipping SQL Server environment, database recovery, migration and archiving • Design and build relational databases for applications and systems • Supports operational and production systems when needed Skills and Qualifications Required • Bachelor degree in Computer Science • Solid understanding of relational databases and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • 5 – 8 years of experience programming in Microsoft technologies, including .Net, C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net.
