Hi guys, My name id Eduard, I'm new to the business and i need help with figuring out what happened or what i did wrong. I setup a new server with win 2008, exchange 2010, and bes express 5.0. So far most things are working as they should except for some reason some emails are coming in with small font. It's coming in small at random. From the same person one email will come in as it should and another will come in in small font. Now this is only noticeable on the blackberry's, in the outlook or web mail the font is fine it only comes in small on the blackberry's. Also one person is having problems with deleting emails. When he deletes it from outlook it wont sink with the blackberry so he has to delete the same thing twice and wise verso. I have never before even played with blackberry's and now I'm trying to administer them so please try to make it as simple as you can with the response because i have very little knowledge about them.
