- J2EE, Apache, Tomcat, XML, HTML. J2EE
- Web Application development, deployment and support experience and
must be willing to take up tasks with diversified technical skill sets
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years experience as a Web application
developer with good Java, J2EE skills.(J2EE is primary skill set required)
- Experiences in SQL Server 2008, XML, Web Services, XSLT, Python,
Jython, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, PHP or at least few
combinations
of those are required
- Good to have experiences in configuring and tuning Application
Server and Web Servers (preferably in Tomcat and Apache on Windows based
platform)
- Ability to develop software based on the description of business
logic
- Ability to work and produce required results without close
supervision
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Good work ethic and self-starting attitude and ability to work well
among a team of professionals
- Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks
within tight deadlines
- Experience on Agile development experience
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and
teamwork skills; sensitive to working in a multicultural environment
- Experiences in other portal and content management product and tools
including search engines are plus
- Experience with Domain Controller and Active Directory setup
including Web security standards and knowledge are plus
