*Need SAP CRM FUNCTIONAL* *6+ MONTHS – ATLANTA – GA* * * Description: - *Experienced SAP Consultant with Minimum 7-8 Years SAP CRM Experience** * - *5-6 years of experience with IC [Interaction Center ]** * - *Strong experience required with CTI, Client switch** * - *Experience working with CRM development team on IC WebClient, Webdynpro** * - *Experience working with interfaces with HR (IDOCs), UCM (SOAP UI via Mercator).** * - Ability to gather business requirements and design an SAP support solution - Ability to interact well with (and support) business users of the system - Follow established processes, policies, and procedures for designing, developing, and implementing system solutions. - Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization (analyst to vice-president) - Strong interpersonal and written skills - Understanding of SAP lifecycle development - Experience with moderately complex SAP solutions with considerable customization beneficial - Hands-on experience with all aspects of application testing: unit, QA, integration, and performance. - Ability to draft and execute test plans, and properly validate results.
