*Project/role description and skills required:*

Oak Brook, IL

6 month contract to hire -- Senior Business Technical Analyst to support and
enhance existing applications for Oracle Financials on R12 base with primary
focus in Projects and secondary focus in AP, GL, FA, iExpense and
iProcurement. Ability to also support AR, OBIEE and Property Manager is a
plus.

Minimum requirements:
� A minimum of 3- 5 years of Oracle Financials Projects experience
� A minimum of 3- 5 years of Oracle Financials AP, GL, FA, AR and Property
Manager experience
� A minimum of 3 years in a pure support organization
� Excellent communication and BA skills
� A min of 10 years overall IT experience
� Bachelors of Science degree
� Full software development life cycle experience
� Previous financial systems experience
� MS Office 2007
� Ability to act as project technical lead and drive for results

We are looking for someone with extensive experience implementing and
maintaining Oracle financial applications with a specific focus on Projects
on the R12 platform. Additional expertise in GL, iExpense, iSupplier, AP,
AR, PM, FA and iProcurement is also desired. OBIEE is a plus. As a Senior
Business Technical Analyst you will need to the be able to identify and
analyze business requirements and processes as well as recommend and assist
hands-on in the technical implementation and testing of fixes and
enhancements as needed. You will be responsible for creating documentation
of functional and technical specifications, test plans and end user training
materials as needed. Finally you will need to be able to conduct and
participate in meetings and presentations with end-users as well as IT
peers. On-going support will be a priority.
Additional information: Additional skills should include but are not limited
to:
� General project management skills
� OBIEE presentation experience.
� Ability to facilitate design sessions with various stakeholders to
finalize business requirements
� Ability to create and update functional specifications, configuration
guides, decision documents to support the release of new functionality
� Ability to write and execute SIT and UAT test scripts to support new and
existing system functionality.
� Ability to act as a liaison between IT and business resources as well as
other Oracle technical resources to ensure that the business requirements
are being met.
� Define and lead UAT activities to support release of new functionality
� Conduct CRPs and user demo sessions
� Ability to trouble shoot and research complex issues within the Oracle
Suite of applications. This could include supporting our customer facing
support team as they encounter questions and issues from our extended user
community.
� Ability to support our business teams in terms of understanding the
interdependencies of data between financial modules and working through data
issues.
� Conduct training on an as needed basis both live and remotely
� Ability to understand future releases of Oracle financials suite and
identify the benefits to business practices and initiatives
� Interface with other IT groups to understand impact of other
projects/enhancements outside primary area.
