Must meet: 1. Min 5 years experience in C# coding (full of coding). Competency in C# programming should be min Level 4 a. Solid experience in writing libraries (not UI designing in Web or Windows) 2. Very proficient with abstract programming – using interfaces, generics, OO programming 3. Experience in middle tier test automation is a solid plus. No UI automation candidates please. 4. The initial deliverable for the candidate will be to port existing automation code to a new framework built on Visual Studio Test Suite. So they need “do-it-yourself” type of candidates 5. The candidate will also be responsible to build layers for the automated tests as part of test framework Nice to have 1. Experience in developing web services (added advantage) but it is not the requirement 2. SQL Server experience Ignore: 1. Script based test automation 2. Experience in UI automation 3.
