*Minimum/General Experience**:* This position requires a minimum of six years experience in developing Oracle applications in a production environment. *Specialized Experience**:** *Specialized experience in developing applications using Oracle Forms and Reports versions 6i and 10g and Oracle Database 9i and 10g; Comprehensive experience in development of large-scale data capture applications; Hands-on experience assisting developers in creating and supporting production applications required. *Functional Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following**: * a. Gather, understand and clearly record requirements b. Analyze business processes and create technical documentation c. Design, develop and thoroughly test applications d. Coordinate the release of new applications into production e. Provide training and support to end-users f. Provide assistance as needed to other NPC developers, Oracle DBA and IT personnel g. Support new and existing programs, applications and reports including: Project Tracking System, Automated Tracking and Control System and Document Services Branch Inventory Tracking System *Minimum Education**:** *B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or four additional years of related IT experience in lieu of a degree.
