about 7-8 yrs of IT experience of which atleast 5 yrs in .Net environment
should have very strong c#, .net experience
should have good database experience - SQL Server or Oracle or dealt with
large weblog files
very good understanding of MS technologies
consultants with experience in migraing Java based applications to .net
will be preferred
good written and oral communications is a must.
