Set up (server node, cells, deployment manager) and administration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and change management. Generation of WAS Plug-in for IHS. Support for load test, review load test results and make recommendations for performance improvements. Experience in migrating from WAS v5.0 to WAS v6.1 (not mandatory) Should have exposure to overall environment sizing estimation and Test-to-Scale to determine the maximum capacity the application server can support. Should have good troubleshooting skills, collecting must gather documentation, opening PMR, collecting documentation and work with IBM and track it till problem resolution. Should have the ability to manage multiple complex projects and implement with minimal disruption.
