Experience with translating Business Requirements into Technical Design (Must) 2. Experience with designing Star Schemas for storage and access (Must) 3. Experience with designing Aggregate and Summary Tables (Must) 4. Experience with ETL design with emphasis on reuse (Must) 5. Experience with Cube design with emphasis on Security and Groups (Must) Candidate has to be proficient with MS SQL Server 2008 components with emphasis on- 1. SQL Server Integration Services (Must) 2. SQL Server Reporting Services (Must) 3. SQL Server Analysis Services (Must) 4. SQL Server (T-SQL) (Must) 5. The key is the experience using the tools in a data mart data warehouse environment. Experience writing ETL's from legacy mainframe and server systems to a data mart/warehouse Experience utilizing SQL Reporting Services 2008 with data marts/warehouse Experience utilizing MS Performance Point and SharePoint for DW reporting.
