* * *Position: Project Managers---3* Duration: 6-9 Months contract Location: Charlotte, NC *Required Skills:* 3 Senior Project Managers Needed within Banking Industry/Experience3 Senior Project Managers Needed within Banking Industry/Experience Need 3 Senior Project Managers for our client who is the largest banking leader in the US located in Charlotte, NC. These are 6 month projects and each has a different set of skill sets which are outlined below. Experience: *Required Skills/Experience - Role 1:* - Significant business knowledge - Relevant experience in the investment banking/brokerage space is a must. - Knowledge of structured project management methodologies (SDLC, DMAIC, Six Sigma, etc.). - Must have prior experience running a project that involved Software Development. - Familiar with HFI/HFS. - GAP analysis. - GUI experience. - Familiar with CIT, SIT, and UAT user testing. - Strong communication skills are a must. - Strong organizational skills. - Responsible for heavy documenting. *Required Skills/Experience - Role 2:* - Specific business experience with hedge management/trading. - Must have a Business background and understand Hedge Management and/or Trading. - Must have SDLC and DMAIC experience. - Will be working with Traders and must be mindful of the Trading processes and time requirements. - Candidates will be attending tollgate meetings. *Required Skills/Experience - Role 3:* - Specific business experience with mortgage data feeds. - Must have a technical background. - Familiar with data feed and have database knowledge. - Responsible for hand's on work. - Need to be highly organized and will be responsible for tracking tasks. - Will report to another Project Manager. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Position: Project Manager * *Location: Chicago, IL* *Duration: 6-9 Months* * * *CANDIDATES LOCAL TO IL OR WHO CAN ATTEND F2F INTERVIEW* *Required Experience/Skills:* - 5 years Project Management experience. - Manage cross functional, virtual project teams employing standard project management discipline and processes in delivering the right technology solution to the internal business partner on time and within budget. - Ability to work in a geographically dispersed, complex matrix organization and discern internal business partner requirements - bringing the voice of the customer into the project. - Experience developing and ongoing management of a detailed MS Project work plan (Work-Breakdown Structure (WBS) and resource loading) - Solid skills in PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel and Outlook. - Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and facilitate design and decision-making sessions. - Well-versed on the stages of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) for custom applications. - Ensure all project health / status metrics (FTE hours, all expenses, schedules, etc.) are accurate. - Proven expertise in effectively managing projects through the use of tools and templates for: resource planning, risk/issue management, financial management, project implementation planning and scope management. *Preferred Experience/Skills:* - PMP certification is a PLUS! - Prefer banking experience. - Experience with Niku and/or Clarity ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Position: Project Manager* Location: MN Duration: 9 Months MUST BE LOCAL OR NEAR TO THE LOCATION *Required Experience/Skills:* - 6-10+ years Project Management Experience. - Experience managing medium to large project budgets totaling millions or tens of millions of dollars. - Experience providing formal, documented Project Management utilizing various project management tools. *- Local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.* *Desired Experience/Skills:* - Experience in the Healthcare or Financial Services Industry (For example; Banking, Mortgage, Investment, Insurance, etc.) * Experience utilizing various project management methodologies (formal or informal) * Experience working in large corporate environments * Experience providing project management in a "Big 6" setting * PMP Certified *Required Skills:* Senior Project ManagerSenior Project Manager *NOTE: Must have excellent comm. skills!!!* * ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Thanks & Regards, Matt Data Group, Inc. 732-734-5174
