Please send resume to [email protected] only . *Position :Web Project Manager * *Location: NJ Duration: 6 months contract* *Major Responsibilities* The primary responsibility of the Web Project Manager position is to manage the project life cycle of various Marketing initiatives that support the strategies and objectives of the marketing teams. The Web Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of marketing initiatives and adherence to project management and technical standards, while ensuring business requirements are met. This responsibility includes a high level of communication regarding the project timeline, deliverables and associated risks to all involved parties. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Brand, Interactive Marketing, Vendors, etc.) to ensure a timely, efficient implementation by effectively providing leadership and direction, creating detailed project plans and associated project documentation, setting milestones, obtaining resource commitments, allocating responsibility and aggressively driving toward and monitoring results. This position requires Business Analyst skills in order to produce the associated project documentation. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders in the production of business requirements, as well as creating the resulting functional specifications for the technical development team. They must be able to comprehend the technical implications of the business requirements and effectively communicate them to the developers, testing and infrastructure resources. This position will primarily support the implementation of online Marketing projects, such as web sites (.NET, BEA Portal) with the collection of user registration data, guided search, organic search engine optimization (SEO), and streaming video. The responsibilities and qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to, the following: - Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize initiatives in alignment with business goals - Creating project time and cost estimates - Providing detailed project plans utilizing Microsoft Project - Adhering to project schedule and budgetary constraints - Managing a cross functional team of resources - Managing business expectations and escalating and resolving issues as appropriate - Managing implementation logistics and post production support - Experience with building customer and vendor relationships considered a critical success factor - Experience documenting business requirements for internet sites. - Experience writing functional specifications for internet sites, including data flow charts, business logic, and use cases; ability to write data interface specifications a plus. - Effectively facilitate meetings. Where necessary, lead meetings and/or provide guidance to other meeting participants on requirements gathering. - Strong analytical, organizational, problem and issue analysis, and time management skills required. - Clear verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - strong writing skills a must. - A sound understanding of key marketing concepts and technical implementation a plus. - Experience with marketing campaign management a plus. - An understanding of pharmaceutical online business concerns such as DDMAC, CAN-SPAM, web accessibility (W3C), security (SSL), and privacy (P3P, HIPAA) guidelines also a plus. - Project Management Professional certification preferable Mandatory Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Project Management and Business Analysis (Pharmaceutical, Internet, and/or marketing experience) - Excellent oral/written communications skills. - Pharmaceutical industry experience If you have any queries or questions you can get in touch with me.
