*Role: Sr. PeopleSoft Data Analyst*

*Location: MI*

*Start: ASAP*

*Duration: 6 Months + possible extension*

The primary purpose of this position is to provide day-to-day support for
PeopleSoft data management. In this role, the HRT Administrator will provide
accurate and timely data entry, create and revise reports, research and
troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity for a specified region or
group of regions. Responsibilities also include preparation and
administration of annual reporting. In addition, this position is
responsible for data management support and training globally.

 *PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES ***

? Responsible for maintaining PeopleSoft data from an administration and
data integrity perspective.

? Provide global support to PeopleSoft data managers in North America, Asia
Pacific, Europe, and South America regions.

? Responsible for maintaining integrity of data in PeopleSoft by conducting
audits and following through with data cleanup.

? Develop and maintain procedures to ensure data integrity as well as
providing guidance to HR personnel for accurate document preparation.

? Administer Workflow for employees using Employee Self-Service (ESS).

? Accountable for maintaining the regional email account and document
management folders.

? Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports by utilizing Crystal
Report Writer and Query tools.

? Conduct end user training for PeopleSoft modules, including HR
Administration and Training.

? Responsible for preparing, administering and overseeing annual reporting,
including Affirmative Action Planning, Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission and Veterans' Employment and Training Service.

? Responsible for maintaining records to uphold Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

? Administer the education reimbursement program.
