We have urgent requirement of Business Analyst in Fort Worth, TX Title: Business Analyst Location: Fort Worth, TX Duration: 6+ months *Broker / Dealer platform experience Must* Position Summary Working in partnership with Management, Business Units, and project team members, the Senior IT Business Analyst researches, analyzes, evaluates, and documents proposed solutions to support the company’s business initiatives, and assists the Project Manager in pursuit of good project outcomes. This position will be guided by a Project Manager pursuing a new approach to recruiting financial advisors as part of a new business model. The ideal candidate will have superior communication skills and be sharp and highly focused in order to accomplish the necessary tasks within the allotted timeline. A primary deliverable will be a comprehensive, well-written and easy to understand set of user requirements for this project. Responsibilities § Elicit, analyze, validate and document user, functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and business process models § Perform gap analysis by documenting current and future state processes of the recruiting models § Assist team members with data profiling and mapping § Facilitate and monitor the development of Quality Control (QC) and User Acceptance (UA) test plans, test cases and related activities, validating and certifying that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business as documented in the user requirements § Develop reasonable time estimates for project team tasks, and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with a high level of quality § Assist the Project Manager in the performance of the PM's duties and act on behalf of the Project Manager during the PM’s absence.
