Position : UI Developer with SCRUM
Location: Washington DC
Duration : 12 months
UI Developer for a long term contract opportunity in DC.
SUMMARY
The user Interface developer will provide web, navigation, interaction design,
and implementation expertise in support of client's enterprise applications, to
optimize product performance by ensuring each product is intuitive, easy to
use, and developed according to industry best practices for modern web
applications
RESPONSIBILITIES
a.. Develops web user interfaces based on industry best practices.
b.. Interfaces frequently with business partners, end users, and IT staff to
improve application design and functionality.
c.. Integrates changes based on usability testing, user feedback, and web
analytics.
d.. Translates user-centered analysis artifacts into design artifacts and
implements the design artifacts into working software.
e.. Implements the UI software layer of enterprise web applications using
the following UI technologies: (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks
(Dojo, jQuery, ExtJS, etc.), JSP.
f.. Develops low, mid, and high fidelity prototypes.
g.. Contributes to, and upholds, UX standards, templates, and processes.
