The individual will work as part of an agile team made up of a Project Manager, Developers, Technical Leads and Business Analysts to ensure the timely delivery of applications. Responsibilities: GUI design, application code development, XML schema development, generate/parse XML, execution of unit and acceptance testing, utilization of the automated test infrastructure for the project and identification of application code and services for reuse. Qualifications: The candidate must possess the following technical experience: . Minimum 6 years of experience in software development utilizing Enterprise Java technologies. . A MINIMUM of *5 YEARS US EXPERIENCE* offshore work will not be considered . Experience with Web Services & demonstrated experience in specific technologies including EJB, JMS, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, SOAP, XML-RPC and XML. . Experience working with WebLogic Application Server. . In-depth knowledge of the Application Development Lifecycle. . Solid knowledge of design patterns. . At least four years of experience utilizing Oracle/SQL. . Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques. Desired skills: . Experience with Test First Development Methodology. . Experience with Agile development methodologies. . Experience with Maven. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
