Job Title : Performance Testing Technical Lead Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 6+ yrs of experience in performance testing using HP-Load Runner Technical/Functional Skills : 1. Excellent experience in performance testing using HP-Load Runner 2. Excellent experience in HP-Load Runner components – VuGen, Controller, Monitor and Analysis 3. Must have strong experience in Scripting, Execution, Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting. 4. Must have experience in Web/HTTP protocol 5. Must have experience in configuring the monitors for various resources (windows/Web servers/database) 6. Must have experience in analyzing various graphs. 7. Must have experience in designing/defining performance test strategy/plan. 8. Good knowledge in databases and web servers. 9. Nice to have experience in Citrix protocol 10. Nice to have experience in HP-Performance Center Experience Required Must have executed the performance testing end to end single handed. Currently should have hands on experience using Load Runner tool. Should have worked on 5-6 performance testing projects. Roles & Responsibilities : Technical performance lead. Gather requirement from business and design & define the performance testing strategy/plan. Develop the script, execute, analyze and report. Co-ordinate with various other teams. Generic Managerial Skills : Mentor other team members. Education : Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
