REQUIREMENTS: • Potential Reporting requirement gathering experience – Preference in Data Warehousing. • Reporting experience (general maintenance) • Understanding of Data Concepts and deriving information from different data sources. • Ability to drive issues they are having with customers. I do not want someone that is going to sit on their hands and not be able to drive an issue to closure. • Health insurance background would be nice as well. NICE TO HAVE: * Reporting experience (report creation). Client would like an experienced person in this area developing new reports (clarify what type of reports - OLTP, OLAP, Etc) * Would be helpful if they have Business Objects/Webi background or at least an idea of what the tool is and its capabilities.
