Ideally, they are looking for an Oracle DBA consultant that would be open to considering perm (and can consider perm without sponsorship) ... however they may consider candidates that will only do contract options (could be short term until we fill the perm opening). They skills they are looking for are those of a traditional Oracle DBA with strong communications skills (they work closely with the business and the DW team). Familiarity with Oracle in a Windows environment (however most of Oracle stack is in Unix) is also a plus.
