*Technical Skills*:
* **In-depth* knowledge of *Avaya PBX's*, *SIP trunking, H.323* and *
SIP*.
* Hardware*:
Candidate must be knowledgeable with the following hardware
*· Avaya S87xx, S85xx and S8800 Servers.*
*· G250, G350, G430, G450 and G650 Gateways.*
*· 46xx, 96xx and H.323 and SIP soft phones.*
* Software*:
· *Avaya ACM 2.x, 3.x, 4.x and 5.x. Avaya Session Manager 1.1 or 5.2
Working knowledge *
* of Avaya Servers, ESS and LSP's*.
· Candidate must be able to install and configure an environment
that consists of core servers, ESS and LSP's.
· Must understand core routing, *IGAR and DPT* features.
· Ability to upgrade and update *PBX's* with patches,firmware and
new software.
· Candidate must be able to test new firmware and software based
upon common testing tools
· that are available within the *PBX *and other tools such as
ethereal.
