*Position:               Lotus Notes to Exchange Migration SME (Quest tools)
*

*Location:               Durham, NC*

*Overview:*

The responsibilities of this position include the development of project
plans to manage the end-to-end project activities and execution. This person
should be experienced in implementing & migrating from Lotus Notes to
Exchange.  Consultant must have the technical background as well as the
consultative/advisory skills.



Requirements:

   1. Must have 2-5 yrs designing the  technical document(s) to migrate from
   Notes to Exchange 2007 /2010 and will be responsible for :

Ø  *Provide technical guidance and strategy for a Lotus Notes to Exchange
Migration, leveraging Quest Migration Tools*

Ø  Provide the technical guidance and design assistance for Exchange 2010
implementation

Ø  Develop the migration strategy, processes, and produce migration
documentation necessary to continue migration activity after the engagement
completes

Ø  Assume a trusted technical advisor role to the technical resources,
helping to identify potential challenges and risks involved in the
migration, and developing strategies to mitigate risks, and overcome
challenges.

2.       Must have experience in Enterprise wide deployment of Exchange
services backbone.

3.       Must have experience configuring messaging standards and protocols
including Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS.

4.       Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.

   1. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective
   communicator
   2. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this
   project
