*Position Summary:*

The current environment is going through a transition, and this person would
be expected to bring technology infrastructure expertise along with industry
best practices to create quality solutions and drive improvements.  This is
a challenging role where the person would be expected to implement high
quality, consistently reproducible solutions and provide turnaround in a
timely fashion.  This role is heavily “hands-on” and the expectation would
be that the person would “hit the ground running.”  The expectation is that
this person would be able to develop a vision, establish a framework and
drive change.  There is the potential for this role to transition into a
leadership position within infrastructure.



*Responsibilities would include:*

This position is responsible for implementation and support of the core
infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring and maintaining
application
software, and their platform; Performing installs and upgrades of the
software provide infrastructure support for department projects. This person
will report to the Production Support Manager for Back Office Technology.



 Responsibilities include:



·         Implement industry best practices that will improve availability
and recoverability of critical systems.

·         Proactively working with the team to identify potential risk in
the environment and assist with designing appropriate solutions to mitigate
risks



*Position Requirements:*

*1.   Industry Standard Experience*

·         5 + years experience in a similar role and at least 10 years
experience in technology.

·         Demonstrated ability in configuring and maintaining a system
infrastructure.

·         Experience interfacing daily with internal and external groups
issue resolution managing system performance and stability

·         Track record of developing and documenting standards and
procedures within the existing and new infrastructure.

·         Experience providing 24x7 on-call break-fix support for
infrastructure and development.

·         Experience with SDLC including Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall

·         Microsoft SQL Server, development and infrastructure expertise.

·         Technical experience with test environments

·         Strong skills in configuring and installing Microsoft
systems and third
party applications
