Perform information systems needs assessment, information gathering and recommend appropriate business systems and IT infrastructure. Perform data modeling, application development, technical product assistance and tuning to meet customer performance and functional requirements Specify business systems (inputs, outputs, data, human and automated interfaces) to meet information processing objectives for MicroStrategy’s software platform. Contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation and best practice solutions. *Job Requirements:* · Bachelors or equivalent degree in a business, technical or related field is required. · At least *5-7 years MSTR Consulting *Experience. · Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology: *RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 and Teradata, Web, Client/ Server, and OLAP Business Intelligence* development experience and *programming experience (SQL, Visual Basic, C, C++)* · Web/Internet experience *(JAVA, HTML, ASP, XML, XSL, JavaScript). * · Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and business requirements · Application knowledge of *Financial Services*. · Proven analytical and problem solving skills. · Experience with implementation methodologies. · Strong communication skills, both written and oral; · Ability to build and deliver presentations to all levels of the business and effectively explain complex issues and concepts in simple, understandable language. · Ability to mentor and lead a team of consultants. · Ability to work under minimal supervision. · Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills. · Must pass *background & credit check.* *Thanks & Regards,* *Prasanna* *Crescent IT Solutions* *www.crescentitsolutions.com* *Ph: 713-589-5425* *[email protected]*
