Documenting the as is and to be processes and blueprinting (1/3 complete), realization and configuration. · Must have completed at least one full life cycle implementation of SAP SD. · Must be strongly experience in service side - service management, customer service, RMA equipment and parts from customer site (SD, Sales and Distribution) for a large equipment manufacturer preferably. · Experience with Project based manufacturing is strongly preferred. · Must be able to recommend best practices. *INTERVIEW PROCESS:* Call, setup interview.
